For those new to martial arts, or who wish to increase higher levels of fitness or for those who prefer a structured fitness programme as part of their martial arts training, we can develop a full personal training/fitness programme.
An intial basic fitness test of approx 15 minutes will be used in order to develop a programme specific to the individual.
