Kung Fu training is a personal commitment for your own physical, mental and spiritual development.
People learn martial arts for all types of reasons e.g. keep fit, self-defence or to become a serious Martial Artist. Class lessons are suited to all these types of individuals, and typically last 1 -1.30hrs. It is important to remember that the real challenge is within yourself - regular training will help you develop the techniques, conditioning and Gen (shock) powers.
At the School we will work with you to make sure you not only achieve your goals, but also reach and attain your full potential. We maximise each training session to ensure you obtain the maximum benefit. We can also develop a full personal training/fitness programme for those who may be either new to martial arts, or require help with achieving higher levels of fitness or prefer a structured fitness programme. For those wishing to exceed and excel at their martial arts, this is best combined with both class and one-to-one tuition. While this combination is far more intensive, the benefits for those who wish to seriously progress cannot be underestimated.
One-to-one tuition may also be of benefit to those, who prefer this type of training rather than traditional class sessions. Such training is entirely personally tailored to the individual's ability, aims, and goals.
