Dit dar means fall and hit. Dit Dar Jau is a traditional chinese herbal medicine used in Martial Arts practice to facilitate and aid recovery from bruises, slight strains and contusions. Dit Dar Jau typically takes 6 months to brew, and is based on a 'formula' of chinese herbs and rice wine, which is handed down.
